Placing wagers on motor racing sportsbooks and NASCAR odds must occur within one week of the scheduled race for sports betting to have action. In the event that the motor racing driver or team a gambler is placing wagers on or NASCAR odds on for the outright championship does not start the race, the VIPSoccer gambler’s bet is considered action. The official winner at the conclusion of the motor race will be the winner for VIPSoccer sports betting purposes.

Both drivers in a match-up sports betting wager must start the race for the bet to have action.
